INTRO
Shiki ( Corpse Demon) is a new Horror Anime that gets Aired this season and this is my Impressions on the 1st Episode Released so far....In short the Story is in a small quiet village called Sotoba where some strange Deaths happens .... there was a Mansion over the mountain that was made after European styles in Architecture..and so it looks as it wasn't in it's place ...that mansion was Abandoned .. Kanemasa mansion..
finally a new family was going to live in it...in the small village there was a Young man that came with his family from the city ....that young man name is Yuuki Natsuno ...hates living in the village, begins to be pursued and surrounded by death.
EPISODE 1 Impression
THE STORY
the story seems mysterious as the Episode didn't show what kind of disease or monster attacked the people..
so it's still uncovered.... it has something in common to Higurashi no Naku Koro ni ..maybe because they both happened in a Counrtyside Village and both villages had strange things.....well nothing about story right now that can be of use ...everything is shrouded in mystery...even the main that the Episode was about wasn't the main as it seems at the end of the Episode...(well i won't spoil it check it out ur self ;) )
THE ART
the Art was interesting..it has some old school sense when it comes to hair styles ...Yuuki Natsuno hair for example....and the shop owner the one with a strange Beard and Attitude
the artwork was Unique and colors and other Effects were good and Unique too ....it differs from the manga a bit but it's good in it's own way...but Unique wasn't every thing ....well the Artist draws faces kinda thin in my Opinion well maybe i am not used to it yet....the artwork for both op and ending were so good
THE SOUNDTRACK
good to normal with nothing special till now.....only the Opening which is made by Buck-tick and it was great ... CONCLUSION
Nothing so good so far...well it's only the beginning so i won't judge it yet ...i'll give it some more Episodes
he whole Episode was all about showing Megumi's hate for the village and it's people
